    FAQS

Is there a cap, or limited number of registrations allowed for this event?

Yes!  Given the physical limitations on stage, the registrations have been capped at 80 players.  Registrations beyond this number will be temporarily accepted, and placed on a wait list until we can further asses based on instrumentation needs, size of sections, and space available on stage.  We will do our best to find a space for you!

Is there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The event is recommended for adults, however university and high school students are more than welcome to attend provided they are of legal age, and/or accompanied by a parent.

Is there a dress code required for the weekend?

Saturday Rehearsal: We encourage members to wear their summer/informal band golf shirt for the Saturday rehearsal as a way of sharing which band you regularly perform with.   This is completely optional.  Outside of this there is no dress code required other than comfortable and casual attire.

I'm not certain yet if I can attend.  Can I register on the day of the event?
